Is this staff application template free?

Can I change the questions?

How does whitelisting work?

Most FiveM servers whitelist by Discord role. QuickForms gives that role the moment you accept an applicant, removes the pending role and DMs them. Need it in-game too? Pull accepted players from the REST API or a signed webhook into your resource.

Does the AI make decisions about my applicants?

Never on its own. Scores and AI reviews are clearly labeled recommendations. You accept or reject every submission yourself.

Can I send submissions to Discord?
